From an IT perspective, it is wrong to treat navigational software as a legacy (version) problem. In spite of the resemblance of early cell phones to door stops, for example, the new models are very bad door stops indeed. Cell Phones will always look like paper weights, but we may not always have paper. This will enable sunrise and sunset planning, and UV Exposure is a maximum at Solar Noon as well.
