Dear all:

There is a new ontology on payments, available from

   http://data.gov.uk/resources/payments

For clarification: As far as I understand, this is for exposing  
payments that have happened or will happen. Payment options in  
GoodRelations are about describing how you can settle the payment in  
case you accept the respective offer. So GoodRelations covers the pre- 
transaction part, and the payments ontology from above may be used to  
expose spent data.
