GoodRelations is a standardized vocabulary for product, price, and company data that can (1) be embedded into existing static and dynamic Web pages and that (2) can be processed by other computers. This increases the visibility of your products and services in the latest generation of search engines, recommender systems, and other novel applications.

hello, I want to do a recommendation system used to e-commerce website and just begin to study goodrelations. I don't know whether goodrelations can describe the relation between different commodities, which is neccessary to recommendation system. For example, I have four commodities: necktie, skirt, western-style clothes and handbag, and I have defined some relations among these commodites: relation(necktie, western-style clothes) = accessory, recommeding weight = 0.9 relation(handbag, skirt) = collocation, recommending weight = 0.85 relation(necktie, skirt) = exclusion, recoomending weight = 0.3 Can goodrelations describe those relations? In addition, is there any example about the commodity ontology described by goodrelations? I don't show my commodities on the web and only manage them. I appreciate for your help. Yours Sincerely, Ma Jinshan -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
