Dear all:
Many of you asked me for a UML class diagram of the GoodRelations 
ontology - I am working on one that reflects the latest state of the 
ontology - apologies for the delay.
Attached, please find two illustrations that are neither nicely designed 
nor completely accurate, but they may already be helpful as a first 
orientation.

The final diagram will also be included in the updated HTML 
documentation for the ontology.

If anybody of you knows a good tool for deriving UML class diagrams from 
OWL ontologies in a way that allows editing the final diagram, I would 
very much appreciate that. The plug-in for Protégé 4.0

creates only a .png file of unsatisfying quality and the online tool at

http://owl2xmi.sourceforge.net/
http://swap.uib.es:8080/owl2xmi/

exports only XMI 1.0 as far as I can see.
