GoodRelations is a standardized vocabulary for product, price, and company data that can (1) be embedded into existing static and dynamic Web pages and that (2) can be processed by other computers. This increases the visibility of your products and services in the latest generation of search engines, recommender systems, and other novel applications.

Dear all: The primer for the GoodRelations ontology (http://purl.org/goodrelations/) has been updated - in particular, it has been reformatted, some bug fixes took place, and we introduced syntax highlighting for the N3 code examples. Please fine the primer at: http://www.heppnetz.de/projects/goodrelations/primer/ Thanks a lot to Henry Story for very valuable feedback on the primer! Also, we reorganized the wiki at http://www.ebusiness-unibw.org/wiki/GoodRelations This is developing into a central repository of resources for developers (and others) interested in GoodRelations. In particular, we are working on a "recipes section" with solutions for typical scenarios, e.g. embedding GoodRelations meta-data in Web shop pages using RDFa. The next major activities are a GoodRelations validator and an online tool for creating GoodRelations data for small shops. If you are involved in open-source software projects, particularly Web shops or Content Managament Systems, we would be glad to support you in making your application GoodRelations-compliant. A tentative list of applications for which we would like to see GoodRelations import and export interfaces is at http://www.ebusiness-unibw.org/wiki/GoodRelationsCompliantSoftware Best wishes Martin Hepp ------------------------------------ http://www.heppnetz.de http://unibw.de/ebusiness/ skype mfhepp -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
